Jacoline is an experienced litigation attorney with a strong focus on agricultural law, both in administrative and civil law matters. She is specialised in issues such as fertilisers, production rights, lease agreements, CAP subsidies, and nitrogen regulations. In addition, she litigates in administrative law cases concerning environmental and spatial planning matters, as well as in economic criminal law cases within the agricultural domain.

She primarily advises and represents farmers and agribusiness entrepreneurs, offering them strong and strategic legal positioning. For example, she has litigated numerous phosphate rights cases — including landmark proceedings before the Administrative High Court for Trade and Industry — and has defended livestock farmers in criminal cases related to deficiencies in production rights. She is also well-versed in permitting procedures related to nitrogen, nature conservation laws, and PAS notifications.

With years of experience in legal practice and a background in the agricultural sector, Jacoline speaks the language of the industry.
